The data is free. Plus is for what you do with it.
No number on this site has a price. Every figure — the scores, school results, sold prices, travel-time reach — is readable without paying, and nearly all of it without an account. A free account moves a little of that depth onto the map and opens the write-ups. Plus never adds a fact: it is for the week you actually decide, when the shortlist has to become one document and the person you’re deciding with wasn’t in the room when you found the place.

What Plus deliberately isn’t
- It doesn’t unlock any fact.
- Everything in a Plus document is on the site, free, for anyone. If we ever put a figure behind the price, the free pages would be worth less — and those pages are the reason anyone finds us.
- It doesn’t touch the map.
- Panning, zooming, every layer and every marker stay free forever. Charging for the map is the one move that would make this a worse product than the free ones.
- It isn’t advice.
- A shortlist report marks which area leads on each measure and says by how much. It won’t tell you where to live, and it won’t sound more certain than the data allows.
- There’s no annual plan, and no lock-in.
- Cancel any time from your account, and it renews monthly until you do. Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of first subscribing and we’ll refund you in full, no questions and no conditions — whether or not you’ve used it. After that, cancelling stops the next payment and you keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
